In addition to your technical prowess, your portfolio should demonstrate your artistic skills, including a good sense of anatomy, proportion, color theory and design. Your characters should not only be technically skillfully made, but also able to arouse emotion in the player, tell a story and at the same time be aesthetically pleasing and functional. Finally, your application should demonstrate that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other Artists and Designers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

TECHNICAL TASK:
A technical task is usually designed to test your technical skills and ability to work under pressure. Tasks can vary in complexity, depending on the company, and can include creating a 3D character from scratch, taking an existing character model and improving it, or completing a specific task or project within a limited time frame. The task may also involve working with other team members and applying feedback and revisions to the final product.
The technical task is usually done during one of the later rounds of interviews and you may be given a certain amount of time to complete it.
