An Employer Branding Manager then works with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and visual representation of the brand. They provide insight into branding materials, such as the Careers/Jobs website page, social media content and promotional materials for industry events. In collaboration with the Marketing team, an Employer Branding Manager uses their expertise in understanding the community and effectively communicates the company’s values, culture and capabilities.
