APPLICATION:
To apply for the position of Employer Branding Manager, you should have a solid understanding of the gaming industry and branding. You should be familiar with gaming culture, values and trends. INTERVIEW:
During the interview, you can expect a mix of questions related to your industry knowledge, branding experience, and marketing and analytical skills. In addition to the Recruiter, Marketing and HR team representatives can attend the interview, too. They can assess your ability to develop creative and strategic solutions to effectively promote the company’s brand. Common interview questions are:

- Describe your experience in developing and implementing branding strategies. How did you measure the success of these strategies?
- How would you identify and articulate the key features of our company as an employer? What channels and tactics would you use to effectively communicate these messages?
- Can you give an example of a successful branding campaign you’ve run in the past? What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
- How do you approach data collection and analysis to measure the impact of branding initiatives? Give an example of how you used data to make decisions.
TECHNICAL TASK:
A technical assignment may include a sample project that demonstrates your branding and marketing skills. The task can be a hypothetical scenario or an actual project that the company is currently working on. The purpose of the assignment is to assess your creative and strategic thinking skills, marketing expertise, data analysis skills and overall ability to execute an effective employer branding campaign.
The assignment may involve developing a branding strategy and designing an EVP, including narrative and messaging, and creating a marketing campaign to promote the brand to a specific target audience. You may be asked to identify the company’s unique culture, values and strengths and develop tactics to effectively communicate them to target audiences. A technical assignment may also require you to demonstrate your ability to use data and analytics to measure campaign success and adjust strategy according to the data. You may present your findings and recommendations to the hiring team as part of the assignment.
